Electoral Ward: Morriston

Cllr.Andrea.Lewis@swansea.gov.uk

01792 636 141

I was extremely proud to be elected as a Labour councillor in 2012 to represent the residents of Morriston. I have lived in Swansea all my life and grew up in the Morriston area, attending Graig Infants School, Pentrepoeth Girls School, Mynyddbach Girls School and Swansea College and am currently a school governor for Morriston Primary and Morriston Comprehensive.

Prior to being elected, I was employed for over 17 years in Local Government, including 10 years’ experience working within the Housing Department. I am proud to have been a member of UNISON for the past 20 years.

I am passionate about delivering for the people of Morriston and Swansea. I am currently Cabinet Member for Housing, Energy & Building Services, married mother of two grown up children and an active ward councillor.
