Electoral Ward: Gowerton

I am a mother of two, living in Gowerton.  I am delighted to be selected as Labour’s candidate for Gowerton. I feel privileged to have been given the opportunity to stand for election in the area in which I live and my children attend school.  I am a LEA representative at Gowerton Primary School and a parent representative on Waunarlwydd governing bodies.  I help to run my son’s junior rugby team.  I am a Trustee of the Paul Popham Fund supporting renal patients in Swansea, I have organised several charity events and I am Senior Communication and Development Officer for a Local Assembly Member. Within this role I liaise with the Council, third sector organisations, Welsh Government, local businesses and community groups.

Living and raising a family in Gowerton I am passionate about improving our environment, protecting public services, helping the local businesses and building on the community spirit in Gowerton.
