Stephen Williams

Prospective Candidate

Electoral Ward: Oystermouth

Swansea Labour has selected Stephen Williams as its candidate to fight the Oystermouth ward for the party in the 2017 Council elections. Stephen Williams is from West Cross, went to Bishop Gore School and has worked in the insolvency sector for over 10 years.

Stephen says: “I grew up in the area, and having worked for a number of local businesses in my younger days, I am excited to be the Labour candidate for such a great part of the city. If elected I will focus on helping local traders maintain the thriving and vibrant community we have, and fight for investment to ensure Oystermouth stays a great place to live, work and visit. I think it’s time that the residents of Oystermouth are heard right at the heart of council decision making, and the best way to do that is to return a Labour councillor in May 2017.”
